These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and our physical AR prediction stand at the Canadian Grand Prix (Circuit Gilles Villeneuve). By using the Site or the stand, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of Our Service – Purely Entertainment
FortuneSeekerArena operates a free, purely entertainment-based prediction stand. We do not operate a gambling, betting, or casino platform. You do not wager real money with us. You do not win real money from us. Our prizes are limited to merchandise (caps, mini helmets, hoodies) and fan experiences (autographs, vouchers). Any predictions you make are for fun and leaderboard points only.

When you click an affiliate link and sign up or deposit, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. 2. Eligibility

5. Photo and Video Consent
By entering the FortuneSeekerArena prediction stand area at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur. You grant FortuneSeekerArena the irrevocable right to capture your likeness (including your face, voice, and actions) and use it in promotional materials, social media, and website content without compensation or further consent. If you do not wish to be filmed, please step away from the camera zone or notify a staff member.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use our site or stand for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to manipulate the leaderboard, hack the AR system, or interfere with the operation of the prediction stand.
  • Engage in verbal abuse, harassment, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other fans at the Grand Prix.
  • Misrepresent your identity when making predictions.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on FortuneSeekerArena.com, including text, graphics, logos, AR interface designs, and the name “FortuneSeekerArena,” is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. F1-related trademarks (e.g., Formula 1, Circuit Gilles Villeneuve) are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The site and physical stand are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, FortuneSeekerArena and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
